An overall photograph reveals how seat and back cushions meet; separate close-ups help explain worn covers, compressed filling or corners that no longer sit neatly. Keep the original covers and filling until Josh confirms what is needed.
A covers-only renewal may suit filling that still holds its shape and feels right. If the seat has become uneven, or the back cushions no longer support you, include the filling in the assessment. Seat and back cushions can need different specifications even when they share the same fabric.
For collections from Taunton, Bridgwater, Yeovil or elsewhere in Somerset, share the collection postcode, number of pieces and approximate packed sizes. We confirm the collection slot, packing and return arrangements before anything leaves you. A postcode helps plan transport; it does not indicate a local branch.

Often the starting point is the removable cushions and photographs of the frame. Josh will confirm whether originals, measurements, templates or another assessment are needed. Please do not send the furniture without an agreed plan.
Yes, pattern material can be supplied for an agreed template route. We will discuss what to trace and label. Complex curves, tapered pieces or uncertain dimensions may need a different approach.
Yes. Explore the outdoor studio to develop a direction, then approve the exact fabric and piping through physical samples and the agreed specification.
No. It refers to courier collection when a slot is confirmed. Assessment, sample approval, manufacture and return each need their own agreed arrangements.
