01Keep the furniture. Renew the feeling.

Begin with photographs of the furniture, then show every seat and back cushion. Existing covers, cushions, measurements or supplied template paper may provide a starting point; Josh agrees the right route for the shapes and fit before work begins.

Courier collection can be arranged for suitable old cushions, with same-day collection discussed against location and availability. Collection speed is separate from manufacturing time. Agree packing, collection, fabric approvals and the proposed production schedule before sending the pieces.

02Your palette. In its own setting.

Explore the main fabric, back cushions, accents and piping in the studio. Compare a daylight view with a warm evening simulation, keep a material shortlist and download a printable specification to discuss with Josh.

The visualiser is a design starting point. Final colour, product suitability and construction are agreed using physical samples and the actual pieces.

03Re-covering starts with the foam you retain.

Describe the comfort, current shape and condition of the existing cushions before ordering replacement covers. A new woven fabric can change the appearance, but it does not correct flattened or unsuitable foam. Josh can discuss retained foam, replacement profiles or a complete set after reviewing the pieces.

Can I keep my old cushion inserts?

Suitable inserts may be retained after assessment. If they have lost shape or comfort, discuss replacement foam alongside the covers. New fabric alone does not change the support beneath it.

How is the final specification agreed?

Discuss the materials, foam, piping, seam placement, handling and fitting together. Physical sample approvals and the agreed construction come before manufacture. Any change to the pieces or scope is reviewed with Josh.

Can replacement covers include new piping?

Yes. Discuss piping fabric, contrast and the final seam layout alongside the main upholstery. The exact fit is reviewed for your cushion shape.

Does same-day collection mean same-day covers?

No. Any agreed same-day courier service concerns collection of existing pieces. Bespoke manufacture and return have their own confirmed programme.
