An outdoor sofa feels resolved when the seat pads, back cushions and scatter cushions belong together. Begin with a wide photograph of the furniture in place, then label each cushion. Include corner pieces and left/right pairs, even where they appear similar.
Tell us what you want to retain and what should change: a firmer seat, more generous back support, a quieter fabric or a contrasting piped edge. Replacement covers can preserve a successful cushion profile; new foam and cushions can be discussed where the current shape or support needs attention.

Shortlist Sunbrella and Agora upholstery fabrics around the timber, metal or woven furniture frame. Compare a calm main fabric with the piping and scatter-cushion accents. The outdoor studio can help explore colour combinations, while physical samples settle the texture and final colour.
Choose the exact product for its intended application. Fabric performance, cleaning and care depend on the specified range and the finished cushion construction. A screen preview is a design aid, not confirmation of colour or an assurance that every fabric suits every outdoor position.
03Plan the pattern and collection route.+
Share your postcode, cushion count and approximate dimensions before collection is arranged. For suitable pieces, Josh can discuss existing covers, the complete cushions or supplied pattern material. Agree how each piece is labelled, packed and returned.
Same-day courier collection can be discussed subject to location and availability; it is a transport option, not a same-day manufacturing promise. The quote, material availability and production schedule are confirmed around your commission. Include any occasion or preferred completion date at the start.

Approve physical samples and the written specification. Manufacture follows the agreed materials, construction and timetable.

Return delivery, any fitting responsibilities and care guidance are agreed for your furniture and location.
