Number the bow pads, helm components and aft bench separately. Show removable infills in and out of place so the scope captures the complete layout rather than only the most visible seats.
02Keep boarding and storage in view+
Photograph the route aboard, step-over points and locker lids beside the seating. Identify cushions routinely removed for access and any attachments that have become awkward to reach.
03Choose a coherent level of detail+
Agree the main colour, accent areas and piping across the set. Plain seating can feel deliberate when seam placement, cushion depth and border proportions repeat consistently from bow to stern.

Not necessarily. Josh will assess the pieces and changes, then agree whether removable cushions, patterns or a visit provide the information required.
