Photograph the complete seating set before removal. Note cushion orientation, any asymmetrical shapes and fixings that must remain accessible.
Keep the shape.
Photograph curves, corners and the underside. Label each removable piece and show where it belongs aboard.
Refine the feel.
Compare Spradling, Sunbrella and Agora by exact collection. Physical samples confirm colour, texture and suitability.
Plan the return.
Agree collection, access, installation and the person checking the finished pieces. Visits and costs are discussed individually.
