BEFORE REMOVAL / BEFORE MANUFACTURE
Give the work a clear starting point.
If the vessel is ashore, include the yard and safe boarding arrangements. Confirm who will check the returned pieces if the owner is away.
Keep the shape.
Photograph curves, corners and the underside. Label each removable piece and show where it belongs aboard.
Refine the feel.
Compare Spradling, Sunbrella and Agora by exact collection. Physical samples confirm colour, texture and suitability.
Plan the return.
Agree collection, access, installation and the person checking the finished pieces. Visits and costs are discussed individually.

Can you arrange an onboard visit in Hull?
Send the actual berth, scope and preferred dates. Josh will discuss whether a visit is appropriate and agree travel, access and costs before any appointment is confirmed.
Can I send removable cushions instead?
For suitable projects, discuss existing covers, foam or patterns as references. Agree what to send, how to label and pack it, and the return arrangements before dispatch.
Should I replace the foam as well as the covers?
Describe loss of support, changes in shape or persistent moisture. Photos help start the discussion; the construction and final specification are agreed before manufacture.
