01Name the marina and the departure plan+
Marina Ibiza publishes its facilities and berth information. Specify your actual marina and berth; an Ibiza town meeting and a yacht elsewhere on the island may require different arrangements.
02Resolve samples before the boat moves+
Compare the palette and record the approved references while the right people and retained finishes are together. Keep photographs as context, with physical samples forming the agreed colour decision.
03Give the return its own destination+
If the boat will be in Palma, Menorca or on the mainland later, say so at the outset. Collection and return are separate transport legs, each with a receiving contact and confirmed costs.

That can be planned once the route, dates and recipients are confirmed. It is not automatically included in an island collection quote.
Can the work be fitted into a short cruising stop?
A short stop may suit a visit or collection. Manufacture and fitting require their own agreed programme, based on the scope and approvals.
