Large pieces need a complete receiving plan.
01Identify the operator in Maó or elsewhere+
Marina Port Mahón describes its location within Maó harbour and its focus on larger yachts. If this is your destination, give the berth and contact; other Menorcan marinas need their own address and permission details.
02Check the route for the largest pieces+
Photograph long seat pads, curved backs and access openings. Record packed dimensions rather than assuming a full lounge can be handled as ordinary small parcels.
03Keep fitting information with the shipment+
Include a numbered layout and installation photographs in the project record. Confirm the receiving person will have the agreed instructions when the cushions arrive, even if a different crew organised the removal.

Can new cushions arrive after the owner has left?
Yes, subject to an agreed receiving contact and fitting plan. Confirm how condition and piece counts will be checked and who reports any issue.
