The stable berth matters more than the itinerary.
For Croatian yacht projects, distinguish the current cruising location from a berth where the vessel can remain available for assessment. A yacht moving between Split, Trogir and Dubrovnik needs a clear measurement window and a separate plan for return fitting. List the person who can provide access when the owner is away.

Keep the complete cushion set identifiable.
For charter or private-yacht seating, photograph each area as a complete arrangement and label the individual pieces before removal. Note any interchangeable cushions, left/right pairs and storage positions. The useful information is how the set works aboard, not just how many covers it contains.
For removable pieces, discuss a pattern kit or a workshop assessment before arranging transport. For fixed lounges or altered seating bases, Josh may need physical checks or an onboard survey. Materials, travel, packing, manufacture and fitting are agreed as parts of one practical project plan.

Do you keep a team in Croatia?
Visits are arranged for individual commissions. This page does not claim a Croatian workshop, permanent local team or marina affiliation.
Can a captain approve samples remotely?
Agree who has approval authority and how physical fabric and thread samples will be reviewed. Screen previews help shortlist a direction but are not final colour approval.
