02One visit, a complete brief+
Photograph the cockpit, flybridge and interior as separate areas. Explain which pieces can leave the boat and which are fixed, then discuss whether samples and an onboard assessment can be combined.
03Plan the return to the vessel+
If the boat will move during the work, give both the collection and return locations. Your captain or yard can coordinate access, with material and pattern approvals kept with the nominated decision-maker.

That arrangement needs agreement with the marina or your nominated recipient. We confirm the handover address and access before booking; a marina berth alone is not a delivery instruction.
Can you arrange same-day collection?
Same-day UK courier collection is available by confirmed booking. Packing, access, cost and return arrangements are agreed first. The collection service does not set the manufacturing timescale.
