Name the room or deck, identify each cushion family and add installed photographs. Keep concept imagery separate from pictures of the actual yacht so the desired look is not confused with an existing shape.
02Record references beyond the colour+
Include manufacturer, collection, colour code and the sample being reviewed. Add intended use, preferred support, seam direction and piping notes, marking any item that still needs a technical decision.
03Make approval explicit+
Identify who approves appearance, fit, cost and release to manufacture. Keep the date and latest revision with the material schedule; a casual image message should not silently replace an agreed sample.
