WHAT HELPS US ASSESS YOUR ENQUIRY
Photograph all pieces in position and label different sizes. Show boxed edges, curves, zip openings and any separate scatter cushions.
Tell us what you want to keep. Existing filling can only be reused if its shape and condition are suitable for the intended result.
Explain whether you want firmer seat support, a softer back or simply refreshed covers. Approximate dimensions help the first conversation; final sizing needs an agreed basis.
BEFORE YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENTS
An old cover can help explain construction but may have stretched or shrunk. Keep the filling and photograph the cushion in place so the final pattern and fit can be agreed.
Send photographs, your actual location and the changes you want. Josh will confirm whether the project can be accepted, what needs inspection and how collection or a visit could be arranged. No local branch, marina partnership or permanent representative is implied.
The accepted scope, material references, pattern or measurement route, price and timing are agreed for your project. Do not dispatch pieces until packing and transport arrangements have been confirmed.
Same-day UK courier collection is available by confirmed booking, subject to the pieces, packing, route and availability. It is a collection service, not a promise of same-day repair or manufacture. Larger furniture needs its own transport assessment.
